We're here to help you steer clear of that debacle and point your pupils toward something dark--just not Ted Bundy dark. This week, we release Psychogaze, our American porter. Loaded with Munich, crystal, chocolate, and black malts for a complex malt character that hits the full spectrum of caramel, toast, roast, and earthy coffee. Rolled oats add a velvety texture to the beer's medium body, while Nugget and Willamette hops contribute fruity, earthy aromatics.
Psychogaze hits taps around town shortly and is already on at the Solemn Oath taproom. If you find your way to Parson's Chicken & Fish on October 12th for the second Goat Beards and Oath Beers goat roast, you can have some there.
In case you missed it, last week we announced the return of Kidnapped By Vikings, currently available in the taproom and making its way throughout the Chicago area.
As they roll through, we will give you a preview of what to expect in the way of beer releases. In no way are we saying we’ll actually meet your expectations–just set them. If this sounds good to you, you should probably reevaluate every important relationship in your life. Like, now.
