Each month, we will bring you a preview of the beers we plan to release. Yes, we know we're halfway into March, but we just went live yesterday. Cut us some slack, hombre.
This light-bodied beer has the banana-like yeast character and grainy Bohemian Pilsner malt note you would expect from a true German hefeweizen; the rest is all American. Huge melony, citrusy hop aromas make you want to reverse-stockinette the shit out of a telephone pole. Look it up. The hops are what make it "Cascadian." Yes, we made that up. Wide release, already out there. Read more about Yarnbomb.
This favorite just hit the taps again. A full-bodied American brown with roasted and caramel malt character balanced by a big citrus and pine hop aroma. You can able to find E-Ville at our taproom as well as around Chicagoland, but not for long. We also filled two whiskey barrels that will put out Unincorporated E-Ville when the time is right. We planned on releasing this beer last year, but our production schedule never opened up for it. That said, we're excited to bring it to you now, as the snow melts and the sun shines again. This is a light-bodied Belgian blonde spiced with lemon peel, rosehips, green coriander, lavender, and ginger. Fruity esters from the yeast and a grainy, full-flavored malt character make this one of the more complex light beers you'll try this spring. Late March, wide release. Read more about Oxford Comma.
