Snaggletooth Bandana, Butterfly Flashmob, and Hexafoos will keep flowing on tap. The taproom has a nice selection of bombers available, including Foux du Fafa, E-Ville, ultrahighfrequency, Scareball, and Axe Scar Pig. Annnnnnnnd since we haven't got you , so I'm rolling in a few of those as well. Thanks, CCBW, sorry everyone else.
Our single-hop American pale ale is back, and it reminds me that we'd like to tell you that you're ridiculously good-looking--not that we really care because we're deeper'n'that. Brewed this time with Santiam for the aroma of a candied orange factory in the middle of an alpine wildflower meadow. Subdued malt character, just the slightest body and sweetness, and a medium-dry finish that opens up to showcase the hop profile. Available now on draft. Read more about Skinny Jeans.
When we collaborate with our friends, it's a time for us to share our frustrations and successes, and to learn from and be inspired by each other. Working with Perennial Artisan Ales on this beer has clearly made me really serious and sentimental. Wow. Thanks, guys. Anyway, we are both hugely inspired by the Belgian brewing tradition and the better moments of Saturday Night Live, so we bring you a rye brown saison we're really proud of. All the focus here is on a malt character that's not too far off from Mexican hot chocolate playing nice with a slightly funky and fruity farmhouse yeast and subdued orange flesh hop flavor. Delightful, smooth, round, and on the sweet side of sweet-bitter balance. What's the Perennial-brewed version going to involve and be called? You're just going to have to wait and see. Available now on draft. Read more about Pat.
We rolled this nonsensisyllabic imperial farmhouse IPA out for Oath Day, and we want to put it in your hands if it hasn't been there yet. 10% ABV, with huge tropical fruit aroma and vanishingly light body. You might taste sweetness, but I guarantee you that's not residual sugar in the beer--it's your mind playing tricks on you based on your past experience with fruit. Available now in draft and bottles. Read more about Foux du Fafa.
Our black farmhouse ale is a Frankenstein of a beer--a delicious, mmm-mmm-good Frankenstein, even good for those who don't regularly imbibe of fantastical monsters. Roasted malt, piney American hops, and an earthy, fruity, and spicy farmhouse yeast create a beer that will defy your expectations. Dark as night, dry as a bone. Returning to you in big steel drums and brown glass in mid June. Read more about None More Black.
Something about this time of year just calls for really aromatic, dry beers. Our farmhouse yeast has been pulling double time to make that happen, as you might have noticed, and this saison is more straightforward than the rest. Fermentation character is the focus here, slightly tart and generously earthy with a floral, grassy hop balance and mild bready sweetness. Available in bottles in mid June. Our Belg0-American wheat ale combines a fruity Belgian yeast with a blend of noble and American hops for a complex wave of grassy, citrusy aromatics in a light-bodied, easy-drinking beer made in homage to those of us stuck in conversation with guys out there who always just fucking have to take it there. Our hope is that calling attention to this leads to more comfortable interactions for all. Available on draft and in bottles in late June. Read more about Mr. Inappropriate. #yesyoubro
Each month we will give you a preview of what to expect in the way of beer releases. In no way are we saying we’ll actually meet your expectations–just set them. If this sounds good to you, you should probably reevaluate every important relationship in your life. Like, now.
