Strawberry-Rhubarb tartshake made with honey, ginger, vanilla and accented with Melon hops. A sweet and sour beer concieved and excecuted with Paul Schneider, former SOB brewer, now of Cinderlands in Pittsburgh. A refreshing balance between tart, rhubarb and lacto kettle souring and sweet strawberry and vanilla. Aromatic, thirst quenching, and very different.
